There is loads of subbys at it, but it's all for the NIE but there changing or changed there name to something like power systems or something.

Power NI.

I was talking to a few of their climbers a few weeks ago.

They were standing beside a new Defender-mounted mewp (£46,000)!

Seemingly there's plenty of contact work going - must be money somewhere.

They're also changing from Stihl to Hus ..... you know - the other one.

That's it, yes the money is coming from the bill payers as the average bill is 25% more expensive than the mainland.

Plus it is state funded so in a way your paying twice.

As you say there's plenty of work you see them everywhere.

Dont know yet just got asked if I fancied it first, I have asked for more details but had none yet.

Sounds like there's plenty of work though so depending on the details it could be a good opportunity/experience.
