anyone having problems with the new 560xp

Oh my word. Husqvarna - you SERIOUSLY need to sort this out. This is THE 60cc saw that the market has lacked for too long and it seems like you are messing the opportunity right up. I was about to buy one or two but am now likely to get another 346xp and a Dolmar instead...

Forget the 357xp too much trouble with air leaks, bad intake boots/clamps, auto decompression, bad carbs, etc, etc, etc...........A good powerfull saw when it's working, but the emphasis being on when. The 560xp has a bad name for starting when hot and cutting out and hasn't been out over long, doesn't say much for long term reliability does it. So what are the other options the ms362 isn't a patch on the ms361, 346xp and 372xp both good saws but not in the 60cc league.

All in all they just don't make them like they used to:thumbdown:

Husqvarna should bring back the 262xp - maybe put a shiny xp sticker on the top and paint the side case silver but leave the rest of it well alone

Spoke to my local dealer today and he said that there were problems with a small batch of pre-released 2010 saws but the 2011 is selling well with no reported problems.

 

I have no reason to not believe them.

Its maybe the same with this new saw. It does feel what ever you buy these days there will be something that goes wrong, mobile phones, trucks, tv's etc..... Is it poorer quality materials, development or just a rush to get the item to the market?
