thinking about husky technical 24, although they look a little tall, my old haix trekker mountains were a nice height, (although the meindl whatevers i have atthe mo are a bit taller and they are fine) also what is the sole unit like for wear?

other option would be stein quest

haix protector pros all the way...really like the high boot, being a lanky sod my chainsaw trousers always end up over the top of low cut boots and thus full of saw dust, on my 3 rd pair in 4 years and they are the dogs

 

Have you tried the stretch airs extra 7cm leg dilz? I too suffer from lanky legs and since getting these (along with my miendl airstreams) have never suffered from said sawdust problem :biggrin:
