Second hand 200T

What's a sensible price to ask, and expect to get, for a second hand 200T with a 14" bar in good working order and recently serviced.

 

Has a decent bar and I'd stick a new chain on.

A fair price and Ebay prices are poles apart but i would say rob's about rite.

At the price's saws go fo on ebay i'd put it on there

£200 for a gnarly runner - £250 - £300 for a decent runner with a half decent bar and good chain - the top price for a later model but I have seen two year old saws in worse condition than 8 year old ones.

 

Ebay is the place to sell - just make sure you do a good listing - they will rob you of 10% and Paypal 4% so someone on here may be interested -

even other arb equipment. i offered some spikes and a 35m yale rope with spliced eye for £30 each on here. no offers after 2 weeks, so i put them on ebay and got £70 for the spikes and £50 for the rope!!

Ive put a few stihl saws on ebay , and as said they get good money as long as you offer postage, i suppose its because your dealing with a nationwide audience, as opposed to a few thousand people if you put it in your local paper/shop window.

Paid £250 for mine. Second hand from a dealer. Runs alright, just needs a bit of encouragement now and again!

Sold 4 * 200T's in the past year on ebay all over £200 plus post + packaging. Although one was lost in the post! Check the insurance covers the cost.
