This is a Poplar row of several very big ones I was asked to quote on the ones near by late last year and no work has been done to them yet! my kids were nearby when it all kicked off - so it could of easily been them. Feel for the parents but at the end of the day that's what trees do in the summer!!

As with the striking teachers that meant she wasn't in the place she should be I hope they are happy with there actions !

Behave!! What if she walked home from school to get books, was bunking off, field trip? What if it happened on a teacher training day? The list is endless. There is absolutely no way you can blame teachers for this.

FFS you lot. Lets not turn this thread into a 'who is to blame' thing. You will achieve nothing but to belittle this awful incident, and it wont help anything anyway.

Now wind your necks in please and show at least a modecom of respect.:001_huh:

A tragic shame that is.

I saw a huge beech shed a limb today, on a site thats basically open to the pubic. I drove over quickly it had narrowly missed squashing a Discovery, it worried me as the site owner had only been there a few minutes before.
