Arbinsure is using the online medium to enhance its already outstanding service levels and premium offering. Clients of Arbinsure will not receive an impersonal automated reply containing just a premium price. Instead, each client will be contacted by a member of the team and will be talked through their bespoke quote, ensuring the proper cover is given at the best price. This approach allows clients to go through the process of arranging their insurance, or dealing with its renewal, at a time that suits them.
