Oil filter for TW125PH

Hi,

My new TW125PH chipper is due for its first oil change(2Ohrs).Ordered oil filter from a Timberwolf dealer and when it arrived it was approx. 15cm shorter than the original one.Dealer made some calls and ensured me it was the correct filter.Could you confirm this for me please?

I have checked the details for your machine, You have a GX630 engine fitted.

 

Unfortunately the filter that you have been supplied is for the GX 620 engine

 

We are waiting for our stock to arrive but if you want one these can be obtained at Universal Engine power Tel no. 0844-2092511

 

The new oil filter part no. is H15400-RBA-F01

 

Send the filter you have back to the dealer for full credit, and if you have any problems with this ask them to call me at the Tech Support office and I will get it sorted out for you.

 

I can only apologise for any inconvience this may have caused but thank you for your diligence in spotting the error.
