Timberwolf 150 dhb just stolen on tufnell park road in islington

Recommended Posts

Just had one of our Timberwolves put on a Silver Volvo Estate by two apparently blonde men whilst the team were ferrying logs!

They drove off like nutters and apparently nearly knocked off a cyclist.

THIS HAPPENED HALF AN HOUR AGO.

They will be on so many CCTV cameras and pass so many police that they might get caught soon, surely rush hour in Islington isn't a good time to nick a chipper???

It's obviously bright Orange and is from 2008 so in fairly good condition.

FY59 VDT number plate on it until it's removed by the thieves.

Any sightings or info greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Tom.

Motorcycle lock & chain, its a must for us all, they will have to gas axe or grind it off, croppers wont cut the chain.

Get a good one (oxford,or similar).

You would think that the CCTV control would pick it up and alert the police.

Hope you get it back, did you get the car reg as the ANPR camera's can track it, one call sets that up.

Was in Islington on Thusday and saw an unlocked chipper and not a tree surgeon in sight,a company I subbie for had one nicked in London last year, the climber looked up to see the chipper going up the road hooked to the back of a car with brash still hanging out of the hopper ,the groundie had only left it for 20 seconds or so, gotta lockem up.

And a wheel clamp... I can't believe how many people don't do these 2 basic forms of security. Even one of those euro clamps small enough and hopefully a pain enough to try and remove. Just do it guys and gals... £150 all in.. and use it everytime!

I hear what people are saying about security, but lets no forget that the thieving scumbags are the bad guys here, not in innocent victims.
