Is one of the Rock lizard sp (not entirely sure which one) from the Basque. Saw this one underneath a moss mat that someone had placed on top of a pollard point on a Beech.

its a wall lizard (wallie) its common predeator is a kestrel. great find.

Man, there's some doozies there. Never get tired of looking at the new pictures put up and the outstanding quality of them.

 

Ian, something most majestic about falcons and owls. Would love to know someone into falconry just so I could get up close and personal with one.

We've got quite a lot of wildlife in our back garden, considering I live in the suburbs of London.

 

 

We've got even more now since the Cat passed away and doesn't eat everything.
