carving a crocodile

Just after any hints and tips really. A friend/customer has asked me to carve a crocodile for their shop. I have done a few carvings in the past which have turned out ok'ish, and i did explain i would have a bash but couldnt promise anything. he has some pics for me to work off, but figured it wouldnt hurt to get a bit of advice from here :001_smile:
