how does this sound?

I've possibly found myself a bit of a yard to work from. Primarily to sell firewood. I've been offered an area about 30mx30m in a secure location for 20pound a week. Concreted and with good access. Does that sound like a good deal?

I know there won't be much return to start waiting for stuff to season etc but if I can get this part up and running I could probably make a reasonable go of it. There is also chance to expand if I want to from what I can gather.

not sure on the business rate front as yet been trying to pin down a yard first. I've looked on the business rates register and it comes under part of a yard that is already rented out as its a sub let. Will probably be all complicated but I'll suss it out in the end.
