Yes you should have a CS39 to use it. Not to buy it though.

 

I normally explain it as any one can go and buy a car, doesn't mean you can drive it without a licence. We have a lot of company's and councils that buy the saws and mum and dads for presents.

 

There is a big sticker put on the side of the box with "only to be used by a trained person". As long as the sales person is asking the right questions we can work out who is using it.
