I remember one of his mates reckons his ceased up at full speed coming out of Newcastle and the back wheel locked up, he kept driving over to show everyone the black line haha the same lad went through a hedge on one at a bout 80-90 somehow was just bruised up then years later we had his kids on the fells riding about on an old moped, he came off that and broke a leg haha he was gutted.

I agree, it did handle well, but was just too "nice" where as the triple, made me grin just starting her, and despite being a big bike, you could really throw it around, under 100mph it would easily out perform my mates much newer gsx600r, standing starts, rolling starts, and cornering. Round the alps i would have to stop and wait for him to catch up :biggrin:
