Got same prob wirh lap top , real nice reduction btw!! Agree with Mick and stevie , that hedge about 3 foot lopped off so was well in to bird nesting activity areas ....lost count of the amount of old nests I chucked out, keep them separate from the chipper as they love making them from string does the chipper bearing no good!!still a risk of frost wind burn so would leave If only a trim up. Was not really a tarp job as hedge was as wide as tall and cutting in to 7" plus wood and to be honest a good rake is better than tarp IMO unless it's gravel!!
