Hey man...if I can quit, you can also! It really is all in your head. I read Allan Carrs "Easy way to stop Smokin'"...So many people say its crap. It worked for me ! Mind you...I have tried umpteen times to quit. If its in your heart to quit, you wont really notice when you do!

  • 2 weeks later...

a mention in despatches for what is the most dedicated Hunt of the Fung that i've ever witnessed.

(tops my Spanish foray of last Year - 567 miles)

Xerxes (Tobias) travelled fully 1179.9 miles from Sweden to London to take in the awesomeness of Hampstead Heath

He's so far taken in the Oliver Rackham lecture, a fine London Ale pub, a day looking at Trees & Fungi at HH & Kenwood & next the poor soul is to endure the full throttle Hama tour :sneaky2::lol:

Hats off to you Sir.

Was nice to have met you Tobias :thumbup1:

Here looking at Pholiota on Hornbeam monolith, Pleurotus dryinus on Beech, Phalus impudicus, inside the Hollow Beech, Aurantiporus on wild service, Pholiota aurivella on Plane, Grifola in Oak cavity & Fomes on Oak.
