Hi can anyone point me in the right direction for getting a spare chain and bar for my processor and spec for chain (the cheaper the better)

 

I have a few spare chains, a bar and some new belts for a 1 x37 as i no longer have the machine, pm sent to you. :thumbup:

Same thread but different issue - I have a customer who is getting a heat build up at the mount - to me it seems like the mount of the processor is pinching the bar. It had also done it on his other bar - anything that looks odd about it?

 

The chain is coming out the bar and a hot spot formed right at that point.

I run a different processor but my bar problems either stem from the oiler not working properly or worn drive sprocket. If the bar was being pinched would have thought the groove would quickly wear to be free again. If the drive sprocket is worn and the chain runs a bit slack I do get some wear as the chain comes onto the bar similar to the picture but without the heat we see here

It's a Sugi bar so it's a harder bar - the Oregon bars you'd get away with as it would wear a channel out like it seems to on the other bar he had..
