Riko Log Splitters

Recommended Posts

have been trying to buy a log splitter from riko for over a month now have sent two emails (no reply} several phone calls got a price from receptionist  but said i wanted a bit more technical info  was told there salesman was setting up a stand for royal welsh show .was then told he was setting up a stand for black isle show .how long does it take to make a phonecall  is this company not interested in taking your money

I’d be looking at another brand now myself, sod em if they cant be arsed, spend your brass elsewhere! Typical of big companies now, all about status and trying to look good, they dismiss the likes of yourself and lose out on the bread and butter money...... greed!

Just be glad that you are not trying to order parts from them, if you do get past reception you are then onto someone who does;t know one part from another or what it does unless you give him a parts number and serial number from your machine. Even armed with this information it still takes two weeks and numerous phone calls to get them to do anything about taking money and sending the things out to you.   Stinks of a poorly managed company now

Better than trying to order Kioti parts from their official NI dealership, Cyril Johnston,

ESPECIALLY if one gets "she can only be on a Friday afternoon promise" Jenny!

DOH!

I had severe problems with a log grab I bought from them maybe 5 years ago and they did not want to know.  Luckily it came via a John Deere dealer from whome the family buy tractors, they sorted it.    Suggest you avoid.

Bought a big splitter off them about 4 years ago had to wait a will for it to come from abroad then for delivery to me.

Why I went for there make was the weight compared to others they are heavy so maybe stronger.

hi dan maynard. are the posch log splitters any good?

Posch are pretty posh actually!

Also well engineered and built in Austria and therefore priced accordingly.

cheers
