I've just finished this book, and if you havent read it yet, it revolves around the quest to find and climb the tallest Redwoods in the US, and Eucs in Oz. I started reading it when I came back from the AA show, but I spent so long cross-referencing with articles in Nat Geographic and various other books/internet that it took an age to read. By the way I bought the book from Jo Ryan at Treesource, if anyone is looking for it:thumbup1:

Here comes the controvesial bit, I read it and although it is a good read, its a little bit condescending, and tends to veer towards the "I'm so wonderful, look at me" school of writing. I thought that the first half of the book was a little bit twee and hard to read, but it definatley picks up towards the end.... Just my opinion...
