Tree identification database

Hi all,

Came across this tree at a school in Northern Ireland and urgently need an ident, has black buds although clearly not an Ash and I couldn't find a cultivar that it could be and I don't think it is Box Elder either due to the bud colour. Any thoughts welcome.

That seems right actually! I came across that in my book earlier but wasn't convinced but on closer look I think you're right. Thank you.
