Great pics !

I found Hericium corralloides last year, apparently the only recorded finding in the county!

 

Unfortunatly some moron had broken it off the tree :cursing:...

 

 

Nice find Xerxes

 

are there any regulations around picking Fungi in Sweden?

Nowt much wrong with that Tony.

 

will give you a shout when their out and about at Hampstead. There's three or four really good sites.

We have something called "Allemansrätt" -The Right of Public Access, which give people right (or responsibility) to walk on anyones land and pick mushrooms and edible fungus, berries and so on....

But not REDLISTED, threathened species!:w00t::w00t::cussing::bash:

There are lists that can easily be accessed online to what not to pick...

The common ones as chantrelles etc are the ones people aim for. Never heard of anyone in Sweden picking either Hen or chicken of the woods.
