No not really, I will never be content, not in the true sense, simply because i will never achieve all i want, tis just not feasable!

 

i guess when I am consulting and doing the work that I enjoy as apposed to the work that I now am bored of, then i will be getting close:thumbup1:

You are obviously keen, hard working and eager to impress Will, traits that I havn't been able to find in young workers to date. I'm sure you'll do well but dont forget that most people struggle a bit at your age, it's just life.

 

Anyhow if you were closer to me I'd gladly find some work for you, you sound to me like you're worth £50 a day. Dont forget to tell Andy that, the next time you work for him..

Hmmm I kinda like having my front teeth just the way they are I'm really appreciative of the opportunities I get when I work for Andy. Had a go on the saw cutting up a trunk into rings that was about a metre in diameter (don't get anything like that on the basic courses so it was a good experience) and he even let me have a go in a set of spikes to have a little taster for climbing, which I thought was excellent.

Haha na I'm just very stubborn when it comes to backing down lol. Been in trouble a few times at work, where members of the public have complained about something and I've got into a heated discussion because I know I'm right and they're talker utter rubbish! I know I should walk away, but when people insult my work when I know I'm correct, I take it very personally, as I'm sure many people on here would do as your all passionate about what you do!

watch that argueing with the customer thing or others on site, isnt cool and you will come across as being agressive rather than inteligent. anyone who works with me gets briefed not to get into talks with anyone, it gets passed onto me and they are escorted out the work site. even if its their own garden. i dont want to loose work because someone takes a hissy fit or tries to make desicions above their pay grade to be blunt:001_smile:
