BTS Group is looking for a full-time Utility Arboriculture Area Manager in the Worcestershire area.

BTS is recruiting! We want to hear from a motivated, experienced manager looking for the next step in their career.

Our work involves keeping the overhead power network clear of vegetation for Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). We’ve just started a huge, eight-year contract covering the West Midlands and we’re looking for a great Area Manager to lead our surveying and cutting teams in Worcestershire.

This is a hybrid role: home- and field-based, with occasional travel to our regional office in Shrewsbury. Salary is dependent on experience.

Experience in a land-based or utilities industry is desired but not essential for the right candidate. Non-negotiables are proven leadership skills, an understanding of and ability to apply rigorous safety standards, and the capability to effectively manage a programme of works over a large geographical area.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established but growing company, working within a tight-knit and supportive team. For more details, see the full listing on our website or contact Senior Contract Manager Jon Pearson ([email protected]; 07584568130).
