Apart from adding yourself to the tipsites above, be as flexible as to what you want, and when you can receive anything. For example, specifying "Only seasoned oak logs delivered on a Saturday morning" will get nothing, "can take anything and have 24 hour access, plus willing to give a donation for your fuel" will get more 'hits'.

 

Where you are can make a big difference, if live between 2 tip sites you might not get much - got to drive past someone else first (which is why "tip sites that pay" can make you stand out). Also note that local tree surgeons should be sorted where to regularly tip. Often only those working outside their area and not wanting to drive to their usual tips will look... point is - be patient and they will come.

 

You could also look for local tree surgeons to talk to who are not members of Arbtalk (weird as that may be), a walk around in the morning should locate chainsaws - a quiet word, polite, sometimes gets logs delivered, sometimes your details are added to the pile of details in the glove box.
