Keep trying......... .

You've got to look through it, as if you're focusing on something in the distance.

I had the book as well in the 90s and not looked at one since.

This is the first one I have ever done on the iPad, when I saw it after about a minute waiting for my eyes to go out of focus on it it really popped out, very clear.

You put the image at the end of your nose, get used to looking at it there and then gradually move the image away without changing your focus.

I used to have the book, still have in fact.

 

I spent endless hours when smashed trying to get the image then one time it appeared.  Then it used to take seconds before the images revealed themselves.

 

Once you have the knack they are fairly easy.

It took me awhile, I had to click on the image and rotate it.

It blew my mind, the first time the 3D image jumped out at me. It still does to this day. 

 

I had this one on my wall for years. Got to be one of the best, there's so much going on, lots of levels/depths.
