Kwikchip feed rollers stopped working

Have recently bought a second hand Kwikchip 225 on a turntable as a spare machine. First day I used it nothing but problems! Initial problem resolved but now the feedrollers won't work at all. Have took covers off and nothing is jammed at all, oil level is good, and only problem I can see is that the hydraulic oil filter has a dent in it and don't know if this would stop it from working. Hydraulic belt seems tensioned too. Anyone have any clues on this machine and what may cause it at all? Any advice would be greatfully appreciated.:confused1:
