Last guy wants to have arms that permanently swing in different directions and a nodding head instead of all the money in the world and health. The big set up is that you expect him to come up with a reason for it and after all these years he is just a mental case who didn't think it through properly and is just a daft fukker flailing his arms around and nodding his head. 

Cracks me up that he says "I think I've fucked up" like its taken him years to decide.
