Disease

Hello everyone. I have planted 1 hectar of Angelino plum tree this year imported from Italy. Shortly after planting I have noticed a disease (please find attached). Although I have consulted with many agro nomists no one clearly states what kind of disease this is. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for the response, but that is not the case. 10% of the trees have the same mark and they were planted just 10 days ago and had the same damage when we offloaded from the truck.
