woodmizer computer problems

we have a lt 70. it seems to have a mind of its own. We have the dcs control system. The head will drop all by it's self in mid stream. We have replaced the transponder rod, joy sticks, all communication cables. now we have changed out the computer only to get a blank screen. Woodmizer sent us a sims card to program it. what a joke. no change. Have any one else had a similar problem? Can anybody help us. desparate in ny.
