Entec/ timberwolf 150dhb rollers

Having trouble with the chipper, the feed rollers keep stopping. Press the green button and they start up again, but stop after a short period. Having to have my finger on the green button is getting annoying.

Any ideas what it could be ? Loose wire somewhere?

i had same problem on mine. All I did was open up the button control box and give the limit switches a good blast of compressed air...then i sprayed in some electrical contact cleaner and it seems to have worked.....i think you can get the limit switches for about £25 each ?....I didn't have to try this but if the above doesn't work then i think you can swap the limit switches around to verify if it is the problem or not ("stop" switch doesn't get as much use as the "start")

Read your problem at lunch time, so when use chipper this afternoon, held blue switch in and pushed green and rollers turned as soon as I let green button go they stopped so it maybe blue switch or wires.

No. Had to hold the green button in constantly to get it to feed. Blue one reversed rollers ok

I get what you said, but what I did means could be blue switch playing up not green one.

Tested at the button end, all good. I then traced to a solenoid in the engine bay, that when running clicks itself off. I have ordered a new one in the hole its that, and not something  causing it to click, off!

Another thing to check could be the switch on the safety bar. This will cause the rollers to stop. If it is set up too close it may be getting knocked. Always assuming it is still there[emoji1][emoji1]

Ah. Hadnt considered that. Yes it is still there!
