It also says the trees will return so either they have all been made into boomerangs or they were homing trees all along.

Me too, I admire him for his achievements  but couldn't watch much of the program. I was surprised he was so inept with a saw. The couple came across okay by me so good luck to them with clearing up after the storm.

 

After all these years I cannot understand why people are still dicking about with trying to make a living with ring kilns.

Would be nice to know they're ok, at least the shipping container shouldn't have blown away?

I think as nat made the comment on social media , the scale of damage here wasn't shown on any main stream news , people didn't have power for weeks in parts of Northumberland ... if it had been any other part of England there would of been outcry, the prime minister didn't even declare in a national emergency ffs.

Spoke to a lad how works for UK power network how was drafted to go up there and sort mess out, one of his quotes was 300 poles down on a 400 pole span.
