A society where damn near everything you are doing is monitored isn't going in the right direction IMO, and I'm as guilty as most in that I don't try to prevent that personally, too much. The main issue is you can finish up a lot like China, and regardless of if many of us can see that coming I think it is, and faster than you might think

What do you use for accounting software ?
As far as I'm aware /e/OS is only available to install on a few phones ?
I have looked into this before as I am not keen on all the tracking but truth is if you run a business it's nigh on impossible IMO as we have become too reliant on apps and such like, but there are measures you can use to help stop most of it.

Yes, Eos doesnt install on the latest phones. I have it on a Motorola G7 and it is fine for what I want.

 

You can install something called Aurora store which allows you to install all apps through an anonymous portal somehow so you never log onto Google. I have installed quickbooks, banking apps and a few others. You have to be much more selective over which apps you install, certainly nothing google or facebook.

 

This is all about a balance, if you want to get rid 100% of spyware then you would bin your phone and PC
