Have a look at Altberg boots if you get a chance. Had a pair for years and they have been excellent. Just about to send them back to the factory for a resole after 6 years use.

Are altberg not another make the army use??

 

I'm sure i've seen ex army altberg boots advertised somewhere.

For the money u really cant go wrong, doubt i'll ever buy a pair of expensive non chainsaw bots again.
