Axe identification

Hello all,

I bought this spear and Jackson axe at a Carboot yesterday for £1.

Ive searched the Internet for hours trying to find the model and age of it but there's litterly nothing. Have any of use seen this type of one before?

It weights about 1lb an it's very small, at first I though it just had plenty of use and the edge has wore off a cm or so but when I looked at it properly the bevel looks like it hasn't been wore off at all.

Cheers for the help!

👍

Why ? 🥴

It's a hatchet really if it's that small

It looks like someone has been using it as a splitting wedge from the hammer the back has had.
