Have you got a local blacksmith Steve?you could have your own design then

My daughter in law to be is a farrier and makes some nice stuff out of horse shoes(wine racks,boot racks,xmas trees etc),she made a single table leg with feet on it and a round table top which was pretty good

My missus is in to the industrial/retro look and got some chairs from some government institution that benefitted from felt pads stuck to the steel legs. Depends whether you are in to really.
