Glad it’s gone well Darrin, didn’t realise you were having the op so quick!

What flavour of hernia/op did you have?

I won’t be at all offended if you don’t want to discuss it on an open forum, or at all.

PM if you like.


Main thing isn’t to heal quick, but to heal right.

Slowly and carefully.

Been on some long dog walks and drove yesterday.

Doing this gentle phys routine.


And cooking a lot!
