FFS we are not going to have any trees left at this rate, and is this another part of Tony Blaires legacy ???, first Ramona Phytophthora was found in Cornwall in what 2008 and probably been there several years before it was identified, The great green house project, The Eden project was built and filled with Trees and plants from all over the world ??? and 2 very serious threats to our woodlands have started in that area ? Who the F - - k runs these so called projects ?? we here in the north west have hardly any Larch left now due to Phytophthora and there is 10,000 roadside Ash trees to come down due to Ash dieback,,,

Doomed i think your right there, its high time some one took a grip on this country and sorted some things out properly instead of playing at it ? I cant say what i feel about how the last 2 years have been but things are not getting any better for sure, K you say plant more trees, but whats the point ? when another infection will just get them, we restocked many sites that where cleared of Larch and we planted Douglas fir, Hemlock Spruce and Cedar on some of them, but it looks like the DF and Hemlock could of been a waste of time now,

Sir Tim Smit KBE - champion of the grant funding gravy train and expert at pulling your pants down for an extortionately priced pasty and cup of tea.
