Pear tree fungus/disease?

Pear rust, Gymnosporangium sabinae.

 

If you google it you get pics that match yours. Here's the RHS advice, I've not seen it myself.

 


European pear rust is a fungal disease of pear trees, causing bright orange spots on the leaves. It also affects junipers...

I wish it were that rare, I seem to see it on every pear near me
