Plantoil 2-Stroke Oil - Results of long term use of this product?

Plantoil 2-Stroke Oil is an environmentally-adapted, fully synthetic, low smoke oil. It is partly biodegradable, partly biologically inert and non-toxic. It meets the latest specifications set out by JASO FC/Global GD, and exceeds the specifications of all major manufacturers of 2-stroke engines.

 

First hand experience and info on this 2 stroke oil would be helpful. I'm looking at environmentally sound 2stroke, though clearly the lifespan of the engine is high priority. If there is information to suggest it is / is not of high quality I'd be glad to know. Currently been using husky xp. Thanks in advance.

Dunno sounds abit like greenwashy how is it any better than other fully synth 2 stroke oils stuff enviro wise  i wonder?

 

Surely lowest possible exhaust emissions is key with 2 stroke oils some like amsoil now claim to be ok at 100:1 so less emissions...

 

Also cats scrub some exhaust emssions so may need replacing eventually if you really care about emmissions?

Sorry to hijack:

Looking at Aspen @Rough Hewn but like to use a fully synth 2 stroke oil. Do you (or anyone) use the 4 stroke mixes and add your own oil? Or are you happy that the oil they use is good enough? I know milling is hard on machines and want to be super sure before I change. 
Quite happy to go on the search for super unleaded until they phase that out.

I buy Aspen 4 or the Husqvarna equivilent and mix at 50:1 with Red Line Racing 2T oil .  Mainly because i have quite a bit of Red Line kicking about .

Cheers @Stubby  Makes me feel a great deal more at ease. Did you have to re-tune your saws a some others have said?   

 

p.s.  I've just read more on the Stihl site. Their Moto Mix uses Ultra HP so I might go that route when pushed.

Nope . No retuning . I did change out the rubber components though . The pump fuel attacks the rubber removing the coating that is on them to keep the supple . Alkylate fuel won't do this so if you have a saw that has been run on pump fuel for a long time then switch to an alkylate fuel sometimes the rubber gets brittle and cracks . This is not the fault of the alkylate fuel it just shows up what the pump fuel has been doing . Of course if you run a saw on alkylate fuel from the get go you won't encounter these problems .
