Sub Contractor Agreements

Recommended Posts

Alright you lot?

I'm just renewing my Professional Indemnity insurance and spotted a clause referring to sub-contractor agreements.

Basically they are only insured if I have a written agreement with them.

Do any of you hairy arsed apes have these with your subbies? And if so did you have the agreements drawn up by a legal professional or did you scribble something down on the back of a chain box?
