Aye but surely you can carry out basic fault finding like is power getting to motor etc?

At the end of the day it's a battery, switch and motor plus few sensors? But I'm probably been a bit simplistic ...not opened mine up yet to be honest.

Can't help feel that this green "battery" revolution isn't quite so green when the tools are slung in the bin at the end of their life unlike 200Ts which seem destined to outlive their owners!

A 200t may well out live its owner but it would be the death of at least 3 service engineers ! 🙂

at least 50 pple told you not to buy it so no sympathy for you!

how many times do we need to tell you that you'll never beat a 200t

you don't have long left to outlive a 200t though you fossil so i suggest you get one quick to give it a go, you may stand a chance to live out an air filter change :)

Tell you what......come back once you have been inside the thing and waggled your multimeter at it and the flashing red lights on the battery are pissing you off;)

There are lots of ribbon cables in these electric tools and hell knows what they all do!!

You'll never beat a 200T for top handled power, agreed. But my MS160T and MSA220 are great for early starts in built up areas! Then when the thinner stuff is off the top we start the 201T at 8:30.
