Groundsman / Second Climber Needed

Hi. We are looking for a groundsman/ second climber for our small company based in Chelmsford, Essex.

 

We’re passionate about the industry and look after those who work with us. We’re looking for someone who shares the same values and brings a solid work ethic and reliability to the team.

 

Basic NPTC certs and drivers license would be ideal. Climbing certs and some climbing experience is a bonus, we encourage learning and progression on the job.

 

We get a range of work - domestic/ commercial.

 

Job would be initially on a sub-contract basis (4/5 days a week) with a view to moving to PAYE if you work well with us!

 

Good guys are hard to come by, so more than happy to pay over the going rate for someone who ticks the box - get in touch!
