Yeah can't get the old out house built saws,  but never used makita? Have you used much makita dolmar stuff?

I have the Makita 4300 as well. Came with an 18” bar out the box. Great wee saw. Dropped a 65 foot Spruce with it today and all the sending that goes along with that. Well worth the money.

Look on Amazon.de for a bargain.

But not as heavy as stihl 241  cm.

There's not a lot lighter than a 241 in that category, they're incredibly light and very nice to use.

I was going to buy a 241 but got a 550 Mk II. The 550 is so light, compact and manoeuvreable there was no need for a smaller saw.

If it has to be lighter use a Silky and make the engine noises yourself?

201 rear handle has the best power to weight ratio by a country mile. Cracking saws.

Great chainsaw. A friend has one and for snedding/light felling it's awesome and so lightweight. Kind of pricey though.
