Ah all you need for this game is, large mugs of expresso coffee, fish and chips,fags, iron-bru or tizer, beer and red wine, oh and pickled eggs in a bag of crisps!

 

You sure you aint Scottish, Roller? Cause thats just about the staple diet of this fcuked up suicide nation. Heart attack and cancer........are coming your way my friend probably a lot sooner than you'd expect...if you don't change your eating habits etc.

 

You forgot deep fried Mars Bar by the way.

i went for a health day today and had the same prob.....craving chocolote energy about 3pm

didnt have none though......settled for carrot sticks...luckily i was only stump grinding

carrot stick?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

i have to eat shed loads and am hungry at the end of the day, im a little worried tho that when i stop climbing ill still eat the same amount!!!!! would be a disaster!!

i find sometimes a good breakie cob does the job!!! not very healthy but does the trick, i try to limit when i eat, breakfast, elevens dinner and if there is somet left for the way home then bonus!!!

but sometimes when you feel hungry you are actually thirsty so lots of fluids is a key too

I live on pizza and chinese, chocolates, lucozades and i never leave my room without polos.. seriously

 

I cant remember what an apple tastes like as its been so long eating anything healthy..:)

do you have teeth?

every body eats crap but id sooner have 2 apples that a packet of crisps, but i take both :proud:

and as i cant eat proper meat(just the processed ****) i eat just about every veg and fruit there is and enjoy them, the amout of kids that get way with out eating there 'sprouts just because they eat there meat is unbelieveable!!!!!!!!

i even met someone the other day who doesnt like roast parsnips!!!!!!!!!!!!!! crazy!!!!!:alberteinstein:
