I have a back garden job going to last two / three years, involves terracing a steep slope and installing a parking area at the bottom of the garden

currently there are a few scruffy trees to remove , spruce ,fir old fruit trees and two pollarded oaks, if we show all these trees to be removed on the planning application s there a time limit on there removal, I think not as planning permission once work has started dosnt run out. Am I right ?

the work is in a conservation area and no trees are tpo
