What saw are you using and in what area ? Take it your a welsh lad but you could be london or scotland for all we know. Area reflects on rates

Merseyside bud but my woodland is Lampeter way . neighbour in Wales  has asked to cut some of his logs  for him he is felling larch all up in the air at the mo. woodlands 126. I have made a trailer for it. It will be living down there.Ball park figure would do dont intend on charging full whack. Am i right 50 50 if i want some timber what if i dont?

50/50 is what i do if i want timber and hourly rate is around £30

Its his mate and i do exactly the same for 50/50 timber or charge my pal £30 per hr. Fuel and blade sharpening is paid on top. Cash paid
