Climber / Team Leader (Relocation package available)

Wilby Tree Surgeons Ltd is a privately owned Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor based in Ecton,  Northamptonshire,  who specialise in high quality amenity arboriculture . Due to company expansion, we require additional experienced climbing arborists/team leaders.

 

The role will involve extensive volumes of high standard crown reductions and large technical dismantles. We do not undertake any utility/rail/waterways work.

Applicants will require a minimum of 5 years Arboricultural experience, in a similar role and hold the relevant industry specific qualifications and holding a towing and/or HGV licence would be advantageous.

 

The positions offers a full time, permanent contract with a competitive basic salary circa. £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on skills and experience with an additional overtime rate, 28 days paid annual leave including bank holidays. We will invest in the right applicant with an annual bespoke training programme.
