If it's a fresh loler then yes, you will usually require all the receipts for new gear. I found this out when I lolered my fresh gear and spend about 12 hours finding every receipt and printing them off as I did the same as you and got it from about 20 different places at different times. 

 

Depends on what your loler guys like too and how they charge as some charge more for the first inspection as they have to write everything down etc but I made a table up with everything listed, when it was first used (date on receipt) and it's serial number. They knocked a bit off the price as I saved them a tonne of time noting everything down.
