I was thinking prunus but the colouring may be just due to decay.

Hi All

Few pics I’ve been sent of a tree that needs removed and the guy is looking to get some of it milled. He says it’s walnut. Thoughts ??

It is Walnut. Usually it needs to be bigger to have the decent heartwood colour that is so desirable, worth it if the price is good, it could be better than it looks.
