I'm a fan of using Trello for task management - it's quite visual and moveable, helps me see the workflow clearly. For accounting, I've had good experiences with QuickBooks - tracks and sorts expenses well. Also, integrating apps with Zapier can auto-populate some data fields, that's my time-saver!

One tool I've found very beneficial, especially for productivity tracking, is this productivity tracking tool. It offers real-time tracking and productivity measurement, which may help you evaluate how much time you spend on data entry or other admin tasks. Using this, I can identify areas where I might be able to streamline or automate even further. The expenses are manageable, considering the benefits.
