The Victorians imported the greys from North America back in the day .  Wankers ...☹️

Do you lot over the water on the north island get the greys coming to see what your doing in there tree? I’ve had the reds run down my climbing line once but quite regularly see them in the tree, normally when on a gap in rigging waiting for the ground crew to do there bit so I’m just stopped for a couple of min, or on a tip end silky job.

Not seen one come close, no - they usually exit sharpish and then stay away. Reds must be friendlier.
